Welcome to Your Daily Nerd Thing. The Screen Junkies released their latest Honest Trailer and this time they took aim at the Netflix original movie Bright.

I was able to watch Bright recently and if anything I think this Honest Trailer is being to kind. Bright is a movie that feels like it went straight from first draft to filming. It would have been greatly improved if it had gone through a few rounds of critiques and rewrites first. But the cast did their best to bring some emotional weight to their roles even if they did not have much to work with so it had that at least. If they are going to make sequels to this they need to improve their world building and hire some better writers.
