The Blizzard MMO is no stranger to putting tributes to real life people in the game. There are a number of locations and NPCs dedicated to members of the development team who died and even a few celebrities who are no longer with us. Now Stan Lee will also be one of them. He is not in the game yet and will likely be added in a new patch sometime in the coming weeks.
